Katie and Glenn made dinner: Katie was a tremendous help, shredding the carrots, cutting up the broccoli and making the salad. Then she learned how to crack eggs and separate the whites, stir it over hot water and make Hollandaise Sauce. To top it all off, she presented the cake she made and decorated earlier in the day. The cake was decorated with a beach scene, brown sugar for the sand and blue frosting for the ocean, complete with beach ball and towel. Very cute, Katie. From kpy
